Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the OurWeek website and mobile application.

Who provides OurWeek

The service

OurWeek is a tool for organizing household conversations, shared topics, agreements, tasks, reminders, and meeting history. We may improve, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. These Terms do not grant ownership of OurWeek software, branding, or content that we provide.

Accounts and shared household content

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use OurWeek only for a household you are entitled to join. Household members with access may see the shared content that other members add. You are responsible for choosing what to add, inviting people appropriately, and respecting the privacy and rights of other household members.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, access another person’s account or household without permission, upload unlawful content, infringe rights, or use OurWeek to harm, harass, or deceive others. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches or to protect the service, users, or others.

Subscriptions and payments

If you buy a subscription, it is purchased, cancelled, and refunded through the relevant app store under that store’s terms and policies. We receive entitlement information needed to provide the subscribed features; we do not directly collect your payment-card details. Subscription availability and features may vary by store, platform, and region.

AI and calendar features

AI summaries and calendar connections are optional features. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you. Calendar connections depend on the permissions you grant and the relevant provider. Do not rely on either feature as your sole record of important commitments.

No professional or emergency advice

OurWeek is an organizational tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, relationship, emergency, or other professional advice. If you need urgent help, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but it may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, providers, connectivity, or events outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Termination

You may stop using OurWeek at any time. You may delete your account in the app or follow the instructions on our public account-deletion page if you cannot sign in. We may terminate or suspend access as described in these Terms or where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence continue to apply where applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
